Create multiple backup configurations

I have been using Genie Timeline for a couple of years now and am very happy with it. However, I would like to be able to mange two different backup types with different destinations.

First: I keep an SD card permanently in my PC to back up Office documents, emails, bank accounts, etc, as I work on them.
Second: I have an external disk that I want to use for a full backup of the PC

It would be great if Genie could handle this automatically, backing up documents as I go and then performing a full backup when I connect the external disk.
